Whacking Day

Just as the fine people of Springfield annually drive the area’s snakes into the town square and club them to death, the Philadelphia Phillies honored this great traditon with their own version of Whacking Day on Tuesday as the Phillies backed up their series opening win on Monday with a 10-0 clubbing in Game 2. Let’s Ring the Bell for a couple of home wins to open up the NLCS!
